Simple, easy fall wreath

Check out this super cute and fairly simple fall wreath I am in love with.

Its the perfect touch of Fall that I was looking for. It is currently hanging on my front door.
I am what you could call "craft challenged" so for me to be able to make this, then YOU can too. Now, I can not take credit for this. The lovely Nicole over at Threes' {4} Me posted this tutorial and I was all over it. I was really happy with how it turned out. Go check out her tutorial here.
